FAQ
1. Do I need to buy anything else to make it work? How hard is the installation? Is there some drilling job? I would not buy it if so.
-- Power / video cables are all included in the pacage, you need to purchase nothing else. Installation is not very hard (see below), however, a mechanic's help is prefered. There is no drilling job, no damage to your car. Each camera is specially designed for one model only, some special one can fit 2-3 models.
2. Is this cam compatible with my car? How to know?
-- We have cameras for over 90% models, please leave a note above telling us your model. Camera will be sent accordingly. To fit all cars with different color, we send the camera with transparent bracket by default.
3. Is the camera waterproof? Shipping fee? Warranty?
-- The camera is waterproof (IP67). Free shipping. All cameras cover one year warranty. We offer no-question-ask return in 14 days after your receipt.

Refund/Replacement/Repair
We are happy to offer a return/exchange policy to guarantee your satisfaction. Please see policy details below:
1) Refund: 7- Day Money Back. You’ll get a full refund if you received a product Defect on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date you received it.
2) Replacement: You’ll get a replacement unit if you received a defective product within 30 days from the date you received
3) Repair: No labor/shipping charges during first year of warranty period and no labor charges during extended warranty period (note that shipping charges do apply during the extended warranty period).

2)Damage incurred during return shipping, so you MUST pack returned items well
How do I return a defective product?
For an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on returns:
1). Please call our customer service center at +1-626-593-6786 or e-mail your request to service@autocarplaza.com. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA does not guarantee a refund; all returns are subject to inspection.
2). All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! If you do, we will have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
3). Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RMA issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not the product box.

The shipping Address for return will be sent to you with the RMA by email.
• Important: No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without an RMA.
• CAR STEREO/ELECTRONIC equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Units that have been installed, scratched, or otherwise abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit.
• We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.

If you find that your product has been broken during shipping, please ask the courier for a Certificate, and contact us for a return authorization. After confirmation, we will send a replacement unit once we receive the tracking number of your returned product.
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact our Customer Service center immediately. As soon as we confirm that the package has been lost, we will send you a replacement.
