While easy to install, some people may not feel comfortable connecting these headrest DVD players by themselves. In which case we recommend hiring a professional to install them. The installation should be quick and easy.

Refund/Replacement/Repair
We are happy to offer a return/exchange policy to guarantee your satisfaction. Please see policy details below:
1) Refund: 7- Day Money Back. You’ll get a full refund if you received a product Defect on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date you received it.
2) Replacement: You’ll get a replacement unit if you received a defective product within 30 days from the date you received
3) Repair: No labor/shipping charges during first year of warranty period and no labor charges during extended warranty period (note that shipping charges do apply during the extended warranty period).
*Note: We can not offer a full refund in the following cases:
1) Missing Accessories
2)Damage incurred during return shipping, so you MUST pack returned items well
How do I return a defective product?
For an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on returns:
1). Please call our customer service center at +1-626-593-6786 or e-mail your request to service@autocarplaza.com. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA does not guarantee a refund; all returns are subject to inspection.
2). All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! If you do, we will have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
3). Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RMA issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not the product box.

The shipping Address for return will be sent to you with the RMA by email.
• Important: No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without an RMA.
• CAR STEREO/ELECTRONIC equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Units that have been installed, scratched, or otherwise abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit.
• We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.

What if my package is lost or broken during shipping?
If you find that your product has been broken during shipping, please ask the courier for a Certificate, and contact us for a return authorization. After confirmation, we will send a replacement unit once we receive the tracking number of your returned product.
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact our Customer Service center immediately. As soon as we confirm that the package has been lost, we will send you a replacement.
